LyumBot Commands
Use this command to add or remove commands. Example: '!commands add !test This is a test' adds a command named '!test' which can be triggered with '!test' (well) and the bot says 'This is a Test'. Simple, huh? Careful: new commands must not have another command as prefix! '!commands remove !test' removes the command.
Use '<user>' in the command to tag the user who triggered the command.
<arg> repeats the line after the command, like '!echo Hey' could echo 'Hey'.
<count> counts how often the command with <count> has been used.
